To Enter a report please click on the "Add New Record" link. Note you must be logged in to do so. Then please fill out the report form and click the 'Submit' button after you are finished. After submitting a copy will be emailed to you. You should email copies to your unit commander and up your chain (separate emails by a ";")
To edit a report you have submitted simply click the pencil icon. To find an existing report simply filter by date range and unit. Note that these reports are available to the entire membership and should not contain items of a personal, confidential or opsec nature.
