Welcome to the D13 Marina Outreach Program. The Marina Outreach Program is being undertaken at the request of the Commanding Officer (CO) of Sector Seattle,  who is also Captain of the Port for Puget Sound.  Sector is very concerned about building and maintaining relationships between Sector and its port partners. Marinas are critical partners that are often overlooked. 

Auxiliarists involved in the Marina Outreach Program will be representatives of Sector in dealing with marinas and tasked with a program of communication, visitation, education and relationship building with these vital partners. The goal of which is to improve recreational boating safety and preparedness. Information about training and tasking is delineated in the program description posted in the resources section.
