Surface Operations and the Boat Crew Training Program are at the heart of most flotilla activities. Surface Operations personnel consists of Auxiliarists who have qualified as Boat Crew members, Coxswains and Personal Watercraft Operators in accordance with the current Auxiliary Boat Crew Training Manual.
Offer For Use of a Facility
Current D13 policy requires the below form be completed and forward with each "Offer For Use of a Facility".
