Comments:

1) In the TONO select of the list your patrol number.

2) In the Crew Emp ID fields, don't enter the coxswain ID, it was migrated already form POMS

3) The Others Name & Cell is for people onboard that are not members of the CG AUX

4) Emergency Personal Contact information and phone is for someone that is not involved in the mission like a spouse etc that the JHOC can contact in case they lost communication with the facility.
