WELCOME
Welcome to the website for one-click District, Division and Flotilla AUXINFO reports within District 13. All of the reports on this site are links to AUXINFO. The data in AUXINFO is usually downloaded from AUXDATA each Sunday, but can be a day or two late. The actual date of the download will be displayed at the top of the report.
Important: The reports are run for all years. Select All Years at the top of the screen and then select CY 2010 to see your report for the current year.
After running a report, you will need to use your back button to return to this website. You can go directly to https://www.auxinfo.uscg.gov if you prefer to create your own reports. You can view additional reports in AUXDATA if you have a login.
To get started read the below access policy, click on Resources down menu above, select AUXINFO Reports and then select your division. Then click on one of the buttons under the Division or Flotilla number to run a report of your choice. If you would like additional information on how to use AUXINFO, keep on reading.
General Information
AUXINFO contains a wealth of information that is useful to members, however it requires a substantial amount of navigation to drill down to the Division, Flotilla and Member level. The reports in this website provide a number of general one-click reports for officers and members that allows bypassing the drill down process.
Once you have run a report, you can easily select additional constraints. For example, selecting the current year in the Member Activities and Hours reports allows you to see how many hours you have spent working on each activity so far this year. And by clicking on your name in the same report, you will see only your information.
The single AUXMIS report contains the only information that does not come from AUXDATA. AUXMIS was in use from 1996 - 2002. AUXDATA contains data from 2002 on. All of the other reports use only AUDATA information and do not contain any data from before 2002. Reporting of hours began in 1996, so there is no data available before that date.
AUXINFO Training
If you would like to learn how to modify the reports on this website or create your own reports, check out the Information Services page on the District 13 Resources website.
Missing Information
Contact your Information Services Officer (FSO-IS) if you notice any information that is not showing up on the reports. Remember that AUXINFO is only updated once a week from AUXDATA, so updates could take a week before you see the result on the reports.
The information you are looking for may be on a second screen if the report is long or too wide. Click the single down arrow in the bottom left row of the report to view the rows on the next page down. Click the single right arrow in the far right column of the report to view the columns on the next page to the right.
If you are looking for hours that were entered between 1996 and 2002 and have changed flotilla membership, you may need to check the reports for your old flotilla. If your old flotilla has been disestablished, you can still click on the Division AUXMIS report and then click on the disestablished flotilla.
Report Problems
Email the webmaster if you notice a report that is not working or if you have a technical question about the website.
Additional Reports
If the report that you would like to see is not available on this site, you are encouraged to design the report in AUXINFO. You can save the report and run it whenever you wish. If you believe your report would be extremely useful to a wide number of members throughout the District and you have agreement from Staff Officers of several different Divisions, you can request that the webmaster add your report on this site.
Please keep in mind that it is a very time consuming task to add a report for all Divisions and that too many reports make the interface cumbersome to use. The webmaster has final approval on any requested reports. If you have at least a basic knowledge of HTML and are willing to edit and help maintain the web pages, it will improve the chance of your report being approved.
Technical Assistance
If you are an Auxiliary webmaster and are interested in creating your own AUXINFO one-click reporting site, contact the webmaster to obtain a template, style sheet and step by step instructions.
